Ice Cube Signs Autographs for a Good Cause
Ice Cube is helping to raise funding to raise AIDS awareness. The rapper/actor has partnered with RareInk, a company that will reproduce and sell autographed Cube artwork. Portions of proceeds will go towards Los Angeles County AIDS and HIV support services nonprofit organization Minority AIDS Project.
“The series is something I’m really proud of and I’m sure other recording artists are going to want to get involved, both for their fans and their charities,” said Ice Cube in a statement.
From his classic solo debut AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted to his hit single “It Was A Good Day,” there are several of Cube’s notable works featured in the artwork.
It should be noted that Eazy-E, Cube’s former N.W.A. bandmate, died of HIV/AIDS in 1995.
